1. Technical Telemetry & Automotive Disclaimers

All dyno calculations, horsepower projections, manifold pressure targets, and tuning blueprints provided across Rankletcompss are calculated for theoretical modeling and educational purposes only. Actual engine power outputs vary depending on ambient temperature, fuel quality, air-fuel ratio, and mechanical assembly condition.

High-performance vehicle modifications should always be executed by certified professional automotive technicians on closed-course motorsports facilities.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom spatial UI components, CSS design systems, graphics, logo assets, and proprietary technical copy are owned by Rankletcompss Performance Tuning Ltd.. Vehicle model names (e.g. GT-R, Supra, RX-7) belong to their respective original manufacturers and are mentioned strictly under fair nominative use for technical reference.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UK law, Rankletcompss Performance Tuning Ltd. shall not be held liable for mechanical failure, track incidents, financial loss, or engine damage resulting from the implementation of technical specifications found on this platform.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Courts located in England shall hold exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
